As part of the world's second largest quench oil provider, Idemitsu Lubricants America (ILA) supplies quench oils with very short vapor phases designed to minimizes the chances of quench distortion. ILA is also a leader in polymer quenching. We supply products to major automotive parts suppliers for induction and through hardening operations. Our customers enjoy using polymer quenchants with reduced dragout, little or no residue and without need for additives such as biocides and defoamers.
