High Temperature Energy Efficient Ceramic Coatings
ITC offers a full line of high-temperature, energy-efficient ceramic coatings used to reduce energy consumption, reduce refractory maintenance and increase refractory longevity as a well as improve temperature uniformities, reduce turn around times and shorten furnace heat-up and cool down times. Once cured, the coatings produce a very hard protective surface that prevents devitrification and shrinkage of ceramic fiber and spalling of brick and hard cast refractories. Additionally, ITC manufactures coatings that are used to protect metal parts from oxidation due to prolonged used at elevated temperatures.
