For over 54 years, Ted Pella, Inc. has served the microscopy community globally across a broad range of applied sciences and applications.
Our PELCO brand of Instruments and tools for use in R&D and F.A. labs in semiconductor / optoelectronics was expanded in 2017 with the acquisition of the South Bay Technology product line and subsequent re-introduction to market of the Dimpler, Tripod Polisher, various hand lapping fixtures, Precision Low Speed Saw and Wire Saw.
In June 2021 we again expanded our products for semiconductor / optoelectronics sample preparation applications with the acquisition of the former LatticeGear® family of scribing and cleaving solutions including the LatticeAx, FlipScribe and FlexScribe instruments.
These PELCO Products will be featured along with sample preparation supplies on our booth # 813 and the ease of precision cleaving sample wafers will be demonstrated.
