Spraywerx has introduced the ID-Nova HVOF gun for the coating of internal surfaces. The ID-Nova is capable of spraying internal diameters 4” (100 mm) and above. The ID-Nova is robust and reliable and can retro-fitted to many existing HVOF controllers. The ID-Nova is a cost effective tool that will increase the production capabilities of an existing HVOF spray booths and provide new coating solutions for your customers.
Spraywerx is also introducing the smaller Mini-Nova. The Mini-Nova is capable to spray internal surfaces to 63 mm (2.5").
Spraywerx also offers a tailored controller for ID-Nova and Mini-Nova. The ID-Nova and Mini-Nova are accompnied with controller options. The H2V controller is an analog controller capable of supplying high pressure gas flows and the Compact Controller is a PLC based contoller with HMI and mass flow controllers.
Spraywerx is also the North American representative for GTV GmbH from Germany. GTV offer the full range of thermal spray products including; powder feeders, Penta Plasma and K2 HOVF spray systems in addition to their laser cladding products.
