DeWAL Industries, part of Rogers Corporation, produces precision thermal spray masking tapes for aircraft engine, automotive and medical manufacturers. DeWAL® tapes are used and approved by aircraft engine manufacturers General Electric, Pratt & Whitney, and Rolls-Royce. DeWAL tapes are free of carbonizing materials, making them suitable for grit blast, ceramic, plasma, arc and HVOF spraying. Using DeWAL thermal spray tapes with aggressive adhesion provides critical protection over a vast array of temperatures and spray angles. This results in sharp edges and a residue-free removal. Many of the tapes are designed as a one-step process which saves users time and reduces costs. The wide variety of DeWAL single and double-ply tapes are manufactured in the USA with a proprietary silicone adhesive technology.
