With over 100 years of combined experience manufacturing thermal spray torch components and consumables, along with equipment engineering, and a responsive sales team, Thermach, continues to grow its parts and equipment lines expanding its capabilities as a thermal spray supplier. Our current product line consists of: the AT-400 Twin Wire Arc Spray System: AT-1200 Series Powder Feeders: AT-3000/SG-100 Series Plasma Systems and AT-8000/HV2000 HVOF Systems. Alongside the standard product line, Thermach also provides customers with custom thermal spray components, equipment, part fixturing and services while working with industry and universities to develop new products, techniques and technologies.
In order to support and react to customer needs, Thermach has in-house production resources, including CNC machining, inspection lab, custom welding, brazing/soldering stations and fully equipped assembly, service and testing departments. These key areas are kept in-house in order to provide quick reaction times to customer needs while maintaining superior quality.
