GTV is a German company founded in 1983 which deals with Thermal Spraying: Equipment, Materials as well as spare parts for all common thermal spray guns. Moreover, there are handling systems and rotary tables including suction systems especially designed for thermal spray requirements linked to robots from KUKA, ABB, Fanuc. Dust collectors (filter systems) and noise protection cabins are also available. GTV designs and installs full automatic thermal spray systems for mass production around the world. However, core business is the design of Flame, HVOF, Arc and APS/VPS/DELTA Equipment. GTV installs complete turn key thermal spray labs tailored to all kinds of coating tasks and customer's requirements GTV`s strength is designing and manufacturing of high end closed loop controller: ARC, PLASMA, FLAME, HVOF and their combination or multiple gun control systems.
